We found the hotel to be clean, and comfortable with a friendly and helpful staff. Airplanes start flying over about 6:30 a.m. some mornings, but my family slept through them.

This was our third stay and the staff are great and it Is nice to have breakfast before the shuttle Drives us to the airport , barely a 5 min drive.

Great location-right across the street from the airport. There is a convenient store right in front of the hotel, which was nice. The shuttle took us to the Walmart plaza, where there is also restaurants. Great family owned greek restaurant within walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was newly renovated and very nice.

I was a little concerned with booking this hotel after reading the reviews but i decided to give it a shot, im not sure these other people stayed at the same hotel as me! I did the park and fly, it was a very reasonable rate and shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt. All of the staff i had encounters with ( 3 diff shifts) and the driver were exceptional! They really make the hotel. They had a full breakfast that was serving before i left at 4:30 am also. Overall this place was great!!! Will def stay again and reccommend to friends. So moral of the story... dont always beleive everything you read. Great job Comfort Inn:)

Arrived late Sunday night after dropping a rental car at ROC. Shuttle arrived within 5 minutes and conveyed me across the street to to the airport. BTW: the map shows the correct location. Courtesy registration (by the same man as drove the shuttle) including a complimentary water/snack bag and cookie. Excellent breakfast in the morning, esp. considering the 4:45 a.m. hour. Room was very comfortable and the price very reasonable.

Have stayed in this hotel for a one night business trip to Rochester. The location is perfect if you have an early morning departure from Rochester airport as you can literally walk there (although they have a free shuttle). However depending on the wind direction landing aircraft are thundering over the place. On the orher hand there are very few flights during the night so it's ok!

The hotel itself is clean and reasonably comfortable, staff is friendly and there is a free brakfast in the morning.
