best subs in rochester.
Hot subs are fantastic, the HOT SICIlian is the best sandwhich I ever had! Steak subs are very good.
Pizza is very good, try the old fashion Pizza

AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD TO GO WITH IT. I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN A LOWER RATING IF AVAILABLE.......IF YOU WANT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (FROM THE MANAGER ESPECIALLY) THEN BY ALL MEANS GO TO PALERMO'S....THEY ARE GUARANTEED TO RUIN YOUR DAY! BEWARE! THEY APPARENTLY CHARGE WHATEVER THEY FEEL LIKE FOR GRILLED CHICKEN SALADS (WHICH BY THE WAY THE WAY IS FUNNY- CAUSE THE CHICKEN IS NOT GRILLED- ITS SHREDDED CHUNKS OF ICE COLDNESS). TWO OUT OF THE THREE OF US WERE CHARGED DIFFERENT PRICES FOR THE SAME SALAD! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE MANAGER WANTED TO CHARGE US MORE UPON FINDING THIS OUT!
