So Unfresh the cheese isn't even melted! Panorama Plaza Burger King Penfield NY. Okay, lets face it. There are many of us guilty of stopping at these most unhealthy joints but sheesh...one would at least expect hot food once in a while. This place is about 5 minutes from home and I have stopped here maybe a few times a year. I try to avoid it but sometimes I say, okay, I'll try it again. It just befounds me that it is the same everytime! Always cold, like it has been sitting around waiting for it's next unsuspecting victim. And one would expect it to be made fresh but if you order something with cheese that doesn't come with it they just throw a piece on an old sandwich. Obvious, because if it were fresh it would be hot and the cheese would melt. Fries are cold, overdone, underdone or indescribably bad. That is a sure thing. Bottled water is good but get a coke and they are sure to spill it on you while leaning out that window. Had that experience once! No apology either. Not sure who owns or manages this place but they certainly are not too concerned about the customer's satisfaction. Sure, it is fast food but still...shouldn't bad for you at least taste good?!! Go a few miles to the one on fairport road in East Rochester & you'll have a much better chance of getting something hot.

Over processed cancer food.. Eat here and you will die. Once when I was a little kid, I didn't know any better. Now I know you will die if you eat here. My friend Billy makes lamb chops in the toaster oven.
