Unfortunate. its Very unfortuante the treatment I recieved here, I thought they were decent, a bit abrasive and rude, but it wasnt until I heard a sales person on the phone with an unsatisfied customer, then hung up and said how they were not going to ever service them basically that I turned and walked out the door

AVOID - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. Purchased a fireplace insert on 10/6 for 3800+

It's almost a month later and still doesn't work.

They do not want to service after the sale. They are more concerned with selling and installing new orders than correcting problems w/ already installed units.

Installers are good, not their fault - faulty equipment .

Management is TERRIBLE.

DOES NOT WANT TO RESOLVE ISSUES IN A REASONABLE OR TIMELY MANNER!

AVOID
