Stay away from their apartments. I can't speak for the office spaces, but I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from Anthony Simonetti's apartments. I cannot believe how little concern he and his management have for their tenants. When the hot water went out for a few days in the late fall, we were told that we could go use a shower in one of the vacant units in another building. I don't know how that could be acceptable.

After numerous complaints from residents in our building about one of our fellow tenants dealing and using drugs in his apartment, all management did was put up a sign that said “illegal activities would not be tolerated”. Nothing ever happened and this behavior continued for months even after the managers also witnessed domestic assaults by this same tenant. Management turns a blind eye to the bad tenants, as long as they pay rent.

During our move out Tony was incredibly aggressive and condescending to my wife; so much so that the movers stopped what they were doing and commented on how awful he was treating her. As soon as we said that we had to relocate because of work, all common courtesy was gone. They made us feel awful, even though we honored our contract and paid our remaining balance. All Tony cares about is taking money from his tenants. I now know why others have moved out in the middle of the night without telling them.…
