Losing their touch. We had previously eaten at the Outback on Ridge Road. The first time was a complete disaster, as no one realized we had come in and sat at a booth near the bar. After an ordeal to get the attention of a hostess or waitress we were very dissatisfied with the service. They did comp us a blooming onion when they realized they were at fault. Next time we tried them it was just ok as far as a restaurant experience. Last week, end of April, we were again disappointed with service and cold food. We will not go back. Maybe other locations have better management...hope so.
