My wife and I bought a new Honda Odyssey from Ralph Honda in 2009. We had held out on buying a minivan but having our 3rd child put us over the top. We needed more room! With a growing family and little extra cash we were looking for a fair deal on a vehicle we could trust with our whole family. In fact, we took our whole family to Ralph to check out the car. Even with our little ones poking around the showroom (enough to test anyone's patience) the sales staff at Ralph couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating. They matched us with the vehicle we needed and they gave us a great trade-in for the Explorer we had outgrown. In the past two years, we've taken the car back to Ralph for regular service and have had only positive experiences. I'm not a "car person" so any car maintanence makes me nervous about getting ripped off. Not only have I never felt that way about Ralph, but my wife (the primary Odyssey driver) has often remarked that she feels the same way too. Buying and getting car service makes us as nervous as anyone - that's why I'd like to spread the word about this great company. Ralph Honda treated our whole family like family. We'll be back there whenever we need service. And we're looking forward to the day we can get something a little sportier than a minivan too!
I bought a honda pilot from Ralph Honda in 2007. I was very pleased with the sales team while going through the process of getting a car. Taking my pilot in for oil changes and tune ups has been a delight as well. The service team is very easy to deal with, and they are very good at what they do. Also, I was once in an accident and the work they did on my front bumper was an A+ job, even though it was very minor it looks like nothing ever happened. Overall I have had a great experience at Ralph, and I recommend them to anyone I know who is in the market for a new car.

I recently bought a new Honda Civic from this dealership and my experience was outstanding. I worked with a very knowledgeable, experienced and customer service friendly Salesperson. He answered all my questions and I was treated with the utmost respect. I was not pressured into a buying decision and everything was explained thoroughly. I was also in and out when I took delivery. I will keep coming back to purchase vehicles from this dealership; mostly because they carry an outstanding product and have outstanding people working there.
Automotive Dealer Pleads Guilty to Harassment of a Female Customer!
Michael Ralph on behave of Ralph Pontiac Inc. 3939 west Ridge Road in the town of Greece was charged with Assault and Harassment of a female customer. After a confrontation which occurred while she was attempting to pick up her new 2007 Honda Ridgeline on December 30th 2006.The female customer refused to comply with the dealers demand for additional funds for the vehicle over and above the contracted and agreed upon pricing. Due to the confrontation she was taken by ambulance to Unity hospital for treatment and released later the same day. Michael Ralph plead guilty to a plea bargain of harassment in Greece Town Court on September 4th 2007.When he appeared in front of Justice Gino Nitti who had already issued an restraining ordered against Michael Ralph in this matter . Justice Nitti also ordered Michael Ralph to write a letter of apology
