Don't go here to sell your diamonds.. I went to Charisma Jewelers to sell a diamond since their website claimed they would pay well for diamonds. The diamond ringI took there had a chip on it. The employee looked at it and said in a rude way uh we wouldnt take this. We would only pay you for the gold which is $60. Well I took it to a place in Henrietta and got $1000 for it. So if you want a good price on your jewelry do not go to Charisma.
